We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for a recently launched, independently owned, 160-seat gastropub and fine dining restaurant with summer terrace, located in the Guildford area. Our client is looking to appoint a well-groomed and spoken, 'finished article', Restaurant Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Restaurant Manager, gained in high quality, and high volume restaurant operations to a minimum of Two AA Rosette standard. The successful candidate for the role of Restaurant Manager will 'lead from the front' reporting directly to the venue General Manager, and will be responsible for the training, development and day to day Management of a Front of House team of 18 full and part-time staff. This is very much a 'face of the business' Restaurant Manager role, and requires a calm & confident candidate, with a genuine passion for providing guest service excellence.
