Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a busy restaurant, overseeing service from breakfast through lunch
Lead from the front - hands-on and operational
Deliver excellent customer experiences, ensuring the restaurant is welcoming, clean, and well-presented
Take responsibility for opening and closing duties, as well as food safety standards
Stock take, Rotaring, Budgeting and Training - its all yours!
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a busy hospitality setting
Organised, customer-focused, and confident in leading a team through peak service
Comfortable working across both front-of-house and kitchen operations
Passionate about great coffee, food, and service in a fast-paced environment
Experience in increasing revenue through marketing strategies
