Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the high standards expected of a leading Mayfair venue.
Since opening in 2017 our client remains one of the most distinctive restaurants and bars in London, known for its vibrant fusion of Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, glamorous atmosphere, and exceptional late-night experiences.
You will work closely with management and floor teams to deliver an exceptional guest journey from arrival through departure.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a very busy environment, so resilience, professionalism, and strong presence are essential.
Mayfair experience and a strong understanding of luxury guest expectations are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
Manage and develop front-of-house teams
Coordinate with events and reservations teams
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Monitor staffing levels and operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Represent our brand and standards at all times
We are looking for a hospitality professional who:
Has at least 5 years experience working within Mayfair venues
Has experience within private members clubs or similarly high-end establishments in Mayfair
Has strong experience managing VIP and high-profile clientele
Demonstrates strong leadership and team development skills
Maintains exceptional service standards in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
Has strong operational and floor management experience
Is confident managing reservations, guest flow, and service delivery
Shows strong financial awareness, including labour control and cost management
Communicates effectively with guests, management, and teams
Maintains a polished, professional approach that reflects luxury hospitality standards
