This is a working manager position, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Youll be present on the floor during service, supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role is full-time, around 40+ hours per week, with a set shift pattern and flexibility for straight or split shifts. Key responsibilities
Leading and supporting the front and back-of-house team Being hands-on during service and busy periods Maintaining strong customer service and front-of-house standards Training staff and supporting their development Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and compliance standards are met Supporting stock control, suppliers, and deliveries Assisting with recruitment and onboarding Leading by example and setting clear expectations About you
Youll have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role and be confident running a busy service. You should be comfortable: Leading a team on the floor Training and developing staff Managing standards during peak periods Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment Experience in high-volume or quick-service settings would be an advantage.
