What Youll Do As Restaurant Manager Lead and inspire a talented FOH team Oversee restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience Ensure smooth service execution Train, coach and develop your crew Manage inventory, stock control and labour Drive GP targets, compliance and operational excellence Work with some of the industry's best What Were Looking For Must have restaurant management experience Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development Exceptional service skills and guest focus Solid understanding of management practices Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Strong business acumen Understanding of financial budgets/targets Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and presentation Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Why Move to Australia for This Role?
