with guests, staff, and the community. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality. Commercially aware, with a strong track record of delivering sales and profit growth. Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with passion for developing others. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence. Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
