As a Floor Manager, youll play a key role in shaping those experiences. This is a hands-on role where youll lead the floor with energy, guide and motivate the team, and make sure every guest feels genuinely looked after. With multiple floors, a busy events calendar, and a mix of locals, regulars, and destination diners, no two days are ever the same. Its also a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to grow their leadership skills and take the next step in their hospitality career.
What youll be doing
As a Floor Manager at The Broadcaster, youll:
Lead the floor with presence and positivity, keeping service smooth and upbeat.
Welcome and engage with guests, tailoring their experience and making confident food & drink recommendations.
Support and coach the team in the moment, keeping them motivated and focused.
Oversee events alongside day-to-day service, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Keep an eye on the details from atmosphere and standards to stock and equipment.
Solve challenges quickly and calmly, keeping the team and guests at ease.
