Restaurant and Coffee Shop Manager required for a Garden Centrenear Basildon. Our client is the 7th largest Garden Centre group in the UK and represents a new wave of specialist leisure retailers who are committed to offering high quality hospitality and service as a matter of course. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Restaurant & Cafe Manager to oversee and run all food service areas at an established garden centrein Hockley.

As Restaurant & Cafe Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of 100 seater restaurant and outdoor cafe area. This role requires an individual, who is 'hands on' appreciates the importance of excellent customer service and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of loyal staff. A passion for working with fresh and locally sourced produceis essential.

Key Skills: Previous catering management experience within a retail environment Experience working in and running a high-volume catering unit The ability to control stock, profit &costs, budgets, and wastage Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
