Responsible Individual Location: North West – Lancashire Salary: Consultancy for 1-2 days per week: £500.00 per day

CureYourSearch are currently working with an established organisation, seeking an experienced and values-driven Responsible Individual (RI) to provide strategic leadership and governance.

The RI will ensure the service operates to the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding in line with Ofsted regulations.

Responsible Individual: Skills and Experience Required:

We are looking for a collaborative, compassionate, and strategic leader with:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent); 2+ years’ senior leadership experience in children’s residential care; Expertise in an EBD setting; Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards; A strong, supportive, and professional leadership style; A resilient, committed, and trustworthy approach to operational leadership.Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
