Residential Valuation team

in London. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Red Book residential valuations for a range of clients including developers, lenders, housing associations, and local authorities Prepare detailed development appraisals and market research reports Advise on residential investment and development opportunities including PRS, BtR, PBSA and affordable housing schemes Liaise with clients and stakeholders, attending meetings and presenting advice Work collaboratively with planning, development and viability teams Support junior surveyors and APC candidates where applicable Contribute to business development and client relationship management Requirements: RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer Experience in residential valuations (development or investment) Strong report writing and analytical skills Familiarity with valuation tools (e.g. Argus Developer) desirable Strong communication and client-facing abilities Self-motivated, professional, and a team player Benefits: Competitive salary up to
