The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping children and young people thrive in a safe, nurturing, and engaging residential environment. Using a person-centred approach, you will support their emotional, physical, social, and cultural development, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the children and young people with daily routines and personal care Taking part in engaging activities with the children and young people on site and out in the community Encouraging the children and young people’s independence, confidence, and life skills Building strong, positive relationships and providing consistent emotional support This is a full year-round position with a Day and Night positions available.
