Residential Support Worker - Full Time

Location: Frome
Day Rate: £14.00 per hour
Night Rate: £14.50 per hour
Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? Our client, a respected organisation supporting young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs, is urgently recruiting Full-Time Residential Support Workers in Frome .
Due to the immediate need for support, candidates with a DBS on the Update Service will be strongly preferred .

The Role

You'll play a vital role in providing consistent, compassionate support in a residential setting. Duties include:
Providing emotional and practical support to young people
Assisting with daily routines such as getting ready for school
Supporting the development of independence and life skills
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Taking part in activities and outings such as cinema trips, baking, or days out
Working collaboratively within a supportive and caring team

What We're Looking For

Compassionate, reliable, and committed individuals
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
Someone who enjoys engaging activities like gaming, film nights, or baking
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
DBS on the Update Service preferred due to how quickly the client needs support
No previous experience required - full training and funded qualifications provided
