\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property matters, including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, new build transactions and lease extensions and shared ownership matters
\n• With strong administrative support and an existing client base, you’ll be able to focus on delivering high-quality legal services while continuing to grow your expertise.

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
\n• Able to handle a caseload independently with minimal supervision
\n• Strong client care and communication skills
\n• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\n• A team player with a proactive and positive approach
\n
