The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and consistent caseload, including:

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
