You will work on residential-led development matters with exposure to promotion agreements, option agreements and section 106 agreements, alongside wider development and property work. You will be trusted early, supported properly, and encouraged to grow with the team rather than slot into a rigid box. About You

Residential Development or Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ year PQE (no upper limit and salary/package is very much negotiable) Or a very strong paralegal with several years' solid development experience Comfortable with development-style work and keen to specialise further Commercially aware, curious and motivated to build expertise
