The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented locum to support a dynamic property team on an ad hoc basis. You will be stepping in to provide cover during holiday periods, ensuring continuity of service across a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Managing or assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionHandling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgagesDrafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third partiesMaintaining progress on files and meeting key deadlines during cover periods

Requirements

Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essentialAbility to hit the ground running with minimal supervisionFlexibility to cover various holiday dates throughout the yearStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and client care skills
