A growing Fareham-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its expanding property team.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys fee-earning, values good process and client care, and wants to be part of a growing residential property team where there is real opportunity to contribute.
The Role:
Youll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters. Work is provided
there is no requirement to bring in clients or develop business.
The firm is open to flexible or hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Progressing matters efficiently with a focus on quality and client experience
Dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
Ensuring files remain compliant throughout the transaction
Supporting junior team members where appropriate
Keeping the case management system fully up to date
What Theyre Looking For
Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer
Minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience
Comfortable managing files independently from start to finish
Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
Organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure
