TSR Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join one of Wiltshire fastest growing law firms, who are looking for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join their successful Property Department. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, applications from seasoned professionals without legal qualifications are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches
Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews
Administering all documentation related to property transactions
Handling the sale of part exchange properties
Managing the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters
Requirements:
Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)
Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
