This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with 23years experience to manage their own caseload and develop within a supportive, office-based environment.Key Responsibilities? Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction throughto completion? Handle a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases,remortgages, and transfers of equity? Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensuresmooth progression of files? Conduct title checks, searches, and prepare relevant legal documentation? Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures? Provide regular updates to clients and maintain high levels of client careRequirements? Minimum 23 years experience in residential conveyancing? Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision? Strong organisational and time management skills? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities? High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work?
