With a full-service offering and a reputation built on exceptional client service and approachability, the firm has developed a loyal and strong client base across the region.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an additional Residential Property Lawyer to manage a varied caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Freehold acquisitions
• Gifts of property
• Declarations of trust
• Lease extensions

The team prides itself on delivering a high-quality service and is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
• Ideally 2–4 years’ relevant experience (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
