About the Role:
As  Team Leader – Residential Conveyancing , you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a busy conveyancing department. You’ll oversee a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, while also mentoring junior staff and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities:
\n Manage and support residential conveyancing transactions
Handle a diverse caseload including:
Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New-build transactions
Shared ownership schemes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
Lead and support a growing team within a fast-paced office environment
