You will be responsible for overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with developers, land teams and buyers to ensure a seamless legal process on new build plots and residential developments.This position offers exposure to both freehold and leasehold transactions, unregistered titles, part-exchange properties, and plot sales.
