We are seeking a passionate professional dedicated to delivering luxury service, with previous experience in 5-star hotels or private members’ clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression
  • Coordinate bookings for dining, transportation, wellness appointments, and bespoke private services
  • Manage parcel handling, key control procedures, and visitor records with accuracy and discretion
  • Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience
  • Assist with front-of-house events while maintaining a polished and professional presence
  • Resolve resident and guest service issues efficiently, calmly, and with a solutions-focused approach


About You

  • A minimum of 1+ years’ experience within 5-star hotels or private members’ clubs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards
