The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Building meaningful relationships based on trust and respect * Supporting emotional, social, and behavioural growth * Acting as a key worker, managing care plans and writing reports * Contributing to a fun, safe, and secure home environment * Being part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration and care * Driving or escorting children to school, appointments, and outings * Completing sleep-in duties (additional pay provided)

What You Need:

* A full UK driving licence * Passion for working with young people * Willingness to work shifts (including nights and weekends) * Commitment to safeguarding and making a difference * Previous experience in residential care is ideal, but not essential if you’re driven to learn and grow
