Business Development Manager (BDM) who will drive growth in the Residential Solar market by generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting leads into sales. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong knowledge of renewable energy and a passion for sustainability. The Role Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Residential Solar sector. Build and maintain relationships with Homeowners, Property Developers, and referral partners. Convert qualified leads into signed contracts, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Candidate Proven track record in business development or sales within Renewable Energy or Home Improvement sectors. Strong understanding of Residential Solar PV and Battery Storage Solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and hit targets.
