As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
As Reservation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all daily reservation activities (including leisure groups and Meeting & Events), ensuring accurate and efficient handling of individual and group bookings while optimising room inventory and revenue. The role involves monitoring availability across channels, applying pricing and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, and maintaining precise booking records. You will lead and support the reservations team, handle guest enquiries and special requests professionally, and work closely with front office, sales, and revenue teams to align operations and achieve business goals.
What Youll Bring ?
Were looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with previous hotel experience in reservations, front office, or revenue management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PMS systems, particularly Opera, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset is essential, as well as proven experience in leading and developing a team. You will bring strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue optimisation, while leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork, along with a positive, can-do attitude, flexibility to work shifts, including weekends as required.
