We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our Reservations team at Grosvenor House Suites! This is for a fixed term contract for a minimum of 6 months. The reservation agent has responsibility for managing all suite bookings and following procedures to maximise revenue. They must demonstrate high energy levels and focus on providing five-star customer service, to the highest standard until the arrival of the guest.
