THE ROLE As Research Manager in the Data Services team, you’ll take full ownership of quantitative research projects for major commercial and not-for-profit clients. You’ll manage relationships end-to-end — from scoping and survey design through to data delivery, reporting, and presentations. You’ll also help shape how the platform evolves, working closely with engineering to develop new features, and mentor junior researchers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and deliver projects across brand tracking, ad testing, segmentation, and political research. Act as primary client contact, managing accounts and identifying growth opportunities. Design, script, and quality-check surveys, ensuring robust methodology and outputs. Create custom data tables and outputs using tools like DisplayR. Collaborate with consulting and analytics teams on large-scale, multi-market studies. Coach and develop junior team members. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3–5 years’ experience in quantitative market research. Strong survey design, sampling, and data analysis skills. Proven track record across multiple methodologies (brand tracking, brand lift, ad testing, segmentation). Excellent Excel skills; DisplayR knowledge is a plus. Commercial mindset with RFP and quoting experience. Confident communicator with strong client management skills.
