They combine the expertise of seasoned researchers with innovative engineering talent to reimagine how market and opinion research is conducted. The Role As a Research Manager, you will have full ownership of projects from initial scoping to final presentation. You’ll be the primary client contact, delivering impactful insights and strengthening long-term relationships. This role involves working across commercial, consumer and some social sectors, with the opportunity to use emerging tools such as AI to enhance project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage research projects end-to-end: client liaison, survey design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and presentations Lead client communications, ensuring insights are actionable and meaningful Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities Support proposals and capability demonstrations to prospective clients Mentor junior researchers and contribute to process improvements Requirements Ideally over 3 years’ experience in quantitative research Proven skills in questionnaire design, analysis specs, data tables, and visualisation Experience designing and interpreting political opinion polls Strong client-facing and relationship management skills Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in R or Python is an advantage Interest in AI applications in market research Why Join them?
