This opportunity sits within a specialized compliance function supporting one of the most rapidly expanding areas of our global business. As a Compliance Associate in Research Operations, you'll work closely with teams responsible for delivering expert-driven insights, ensuring our content and processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The role reports to a Compliance Manager based in London and involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, and other operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review expert biographies and project specifications to confirm alignment with internal compliance frameworks
• Carefully assess, format, and edit written research summaries to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational standards
• Flag and help resolve compliance-related concerns in collaboration with research and legal teams
• Deliver internal training sessions on compliance topics to ensure consistency and understanding across teams
• Draft, update, and maintain internal policies that support the compliant delivery of research services

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any field with strong academic results (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
• 0–1 year of experience in compliance, legal support, research, or similar functions. Strong graduate applicants with relevant interests are welcome
• A proven track record of involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or student organizations
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
• Years 0–2: As an Associate, you’ll focus on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of written content delivered to clients. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high standards across all research output.
• Years 2+: As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage complex compliance workflows and help mentor junior colleagues.
• Years 3+: At the Manager level, you’ll lead regional programs, drive innovation, and help build a robust compliance infrastructure at scale.
