Since 2009 VeriRate has worked with large insurance companies and solicitor firms to validate claims for car hire, which are instigated by the non-fault party to a car accident against the at-fault party: this is credit hire. We focus on the cost of the hire charges being claimed by undertaking our own market research into the cost of hire from mainstream hire companies such as Avis and Enterprise. Our market research is gathered and compiled into a Court compliant report using our very own bespoke VeriRate system, which compares the credit hire charges to the mainstream hire costs. These reports are then used by our clients to negotiate the settlement of the credit hire charges being claimed.
