Repairs Scheduling Team Leader London Bridge Up to £38,000 per annum Internally, this role is known as Scheduling and Delivery Team Leader We are looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduling Team Leader. As a Repairs Scheduling Team Leader, you will be working within our Property Services team, overseeing the Property Maintenance Scheduling Team to deliver an efficient, high-performing scheduling function that supports excellent customer service and operational delivery. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the Property Maintenance Scheduling Team to ensure service excellence Manage operative workloads to meet KPI targets and maximise productivity, efficiency, and commercial performance Oversee the daily scheduling and reallocation of works across repairs and maintenance operatives
