I am recruiting on behalf of a leading technology-driven conveyancing firm that is expanding its fully remote property team. The Role

  • Manage a residential conveyancing caseload aligned with your experience, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, and shared ownership matters
  • Follow a comprehensive Learning and Development induction programme to set you up for success
  • Use modern systems and operational support to focus on delivering excellent client service and managing your workload efficiently
  • Earn a base salary plus a bonus of £12,000–£15,000 per year, depending on performance

About You

  • At least two years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge across property transactions
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Client-focused mindset and high levels of organisation
  • Applications welcome from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers
