Key Responsibilities Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion Handle a range of property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Deal with shared ownership matters, title queries and enquiries where applicable Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties Progress matters efficiently while ensuring high levels of client care and compliance Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload Ability to handle files independently from instruction to completion Strong experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions Experience with shared ownership transactions is beneficial but not essential Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills Comfortable managing a busy caseload in a remote working environment Salary & Benefits Competitive basic salary depending on experience Monthly and quarterly bonus scheme Additional incentives for exceeding targets or consecutive high-performing quarters Fully remote working with structured systems and support Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through performance bonuses Why Apply?
