As a Move Advocate, you will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and their families relocating for work. You’ll ensure a smooth, informed, and supportive journey from start to finish, working closely with internal teams to continually enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of coordination for relocating employees and their families via phone and email Provide expert guidance and consultation throughout the full relocation lifecycle Help assignees navigate the complexities of settling into a new location with confidence Represent our client's HR/mobility function and ensure seamless programme execution Be trained and certified on relocation policies, benefits, and destination knowledge to deliver expert support
