Zero Hours Contract Dorchester Young Peoples Service opened its doors in August 2017. Based in Fordington, Dorchester, the service provides accommodation and tailored support for a young person to acquire Independent Living skills. Quay Foyer is based in Poole, Dorset. It provides accommodation, personal support and access to training and employment opportunities for young people aged 16-25. We also provide emergency accommodation for young families referred by the Borough of Poole. Were now looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Coaches to deliver person-centred, strengths-based support to our residents, helping them to achieve and become as independent as possible. You will manage a caseload of customers through their journey, enabling them to articulate their aspirations and realise their potential. You will manage referrals into the service, undertake interviews and assessments and notify potential customers of the outcomes of these activities. You will also induct new customers into the service and deliver quality, outcome focused support sessions in both one-to-one sessions and group sessions.
