You will support and assess the efficiency and development of Maintenance execution across both Manufacturing and Distribution and the effectiveness of Machine Standards.

Provide hands on support and coaching of maintenance activities with Operators and Technicians \n In collaboration with Team Leaders, assess the effectiveness of the maintenance plan and identify any essential technical training requirements \n Create and keep up to date a set of Technical Documents which detail instructions for asset care for equipment and work areas to the standards and frequencies expected to ensure assets are kept in good working order. \n \n NVQ Level 3  Mechanical/Electrical qualifications – ideally dual-skilled, or time served apprentice \n Experience of practical machine asset care \n Good written English and writing technical instructions \n Strong Excel skills \n \n We help our 2.1 million customers grow, and we are constantly investing in exciting new products, innovative technologies and fresh ideas.
