The Role
As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind improving asset performance and reducing downtime across a fast-paced production environment.
You’ll:
Lead root cause analysis on recurring and critical equipment failures Develop and implement reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA, condition-based maintenance) Analyse trends and data to proactively prevent breakdowns Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to embed best practices Support continuous improvement projects and drive long-term asset reliability What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in either a reliability, maintenance, or asset-focused engineering role Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving Experience within either manufacturing, FMCG, or process environments Knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies (RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems) Ability to influence teams and drive change on-site The Package
