About the Relationship Manager Role
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll become the face of the lender in your region, originating bridging and development finance deals, growing a pipeline of quality opportunities, and deepening broker and developer relationships through a mix of face-to-face meetings, events and virtual engagement.
Backed by experienced leaders and a collaborative team, you’ll have the freedom to build your territory while receiving the support and training to accelerate your success.
Key Responsibilities
Originate bridging and development finance deals by engaging with brokers, introducers, and developers
Drive regional presence through meetings, networking events, and trade shows
Educate the market on the lender’s unique products and lending capabilities
Structure and qualify deals, ensuring applications are packaged for smooth processing
Build a reputation as a trusted and proactive lending partner in your territory
Collaborate closely with internal teams to progress deals efficiently
Package & Benefits
£45,000 – £55,000 basic salary

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in bridging, development or specialist property finance (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in face-to-face and virtual settings
Basic understanding of deal structuring and finance documentation
Self-motivated, ambitious and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel regionally and attend industry events
