A little snippet of the benefits you will receive as a Goddard RVN: - 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays - CPD budget every year plus up to 2 days' paid CPD leave - Paid 30-minute lunch breaks -The opportunity to join our private medical healthcare scheme at a reduced rate, plus medical cashback incentives About the role This full-time (40 hours per week) RVN position would be IDEAL for an experienced RVN who already has a few years under their belt and thrives in all departments within a hospital setting, and wants to opportunity to work between the various departments in the hospital including theatre, ward, consults and ECC. Your rota will also include an average of 1:4 weekends with TOIL, up to 3 bank holidays per year and be part of the last resort on-call rotation. This role would suit an experienced RVN who is used to a fast-paced environment, whether that be branch or hospital, and wants to support the ever growing nursing team with their invaluable knowledge and skills. There is fantastic diagnostic support at Wanstead, with a new CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site. You will be working alongside and supported by a large team including a highly experienced head nurse, deputy nurses, senior nurses, plus approximately 24 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs, 7 VCAs and a large front of house team who are integral in maintaining excellent client care.
