Known for our high-quality support, we play a key role in Birmingham's mental health system and collaborate with local organizations to challenge the stigma surrounding mental distress.\n\nThe Role:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Residential Care Home Manager to lead a 13 Bedded registered care home, supporting adults with mental health need, This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in people’s lives. Whilst ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering exceptional care and leading a team of support staff, in line with Birmingham Minds operational policies.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n · Develop and maintain a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for \n\n· Build positive relationships with , families, and external stakeholders.\n\n· Drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of care\n\n· To identify opportunities for service improvements.\n\n· Ensure the home operates in line with CQC regulations and Birmingham Mind policies.\n\nAbout you:\n\n· Experience of working in a service regulated by the Care Quality Commission\n\n· Experience of management and leadership\n\n· Experience of working with the NHS or Public Sector.\n\n· Experience of mental ill health, either personally or professionally.\n\n · HSC (NVQ) level 4 in Management or equivalent or willingness to study.\n\n· Experience of delivering services within a values framework.\n\nOUR VALUES\n\nBirmingham Mind’s Vision and Values apply not only to all our service provision but also to how we treat each other and how we are as an employer.
