Job Duties:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Evaluating patient responses to treatments and interventions Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times

Required Qualifications:

Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education:

Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient in clinical assessment and care planning Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Life Support certification Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting Driver with access to a vehicle
