As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Assess, plan and deliver high-quality nursing care
Support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing
Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory standards
Administer medication safely in accordance with policies and professional guidelines
Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
Supervise, support and mentor junior staff and staff nurse colleagues
Attend mandatory training and contribute to continuous improvement
Maintain dignity, confidentiality and professionalism at all timesAbout You:
You may be an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) / or a confident Staff Nurse ready for the next step. What matters most is that you:
