They are committed to helping every child build resilience, develop trust, and achieve their full potential.The RoleAs a Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and inspire a committed staff team, creating a positive, stable environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, dedication, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.Key Responsibilities for Registered ManagerLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care teamEnsure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirementsOversee safeguarding practices and promote a safe, nurturing environmentManage care planning to meet each childs individual needsMaintain strong partnerships with external professionals and agenciesOversee budgets, staffing, and the overall operation of the homeDrive continuous improvement and prepare for inspectionsAbout YouYou are a confident and compassionate leader with a strong background in residential childcare.
