We are currently recruiting for a experienced Registered Managers to support the launch and development of childrens residential homes across the Midlands. These roles are suited to a Registered Manager with a proven track record in managing EBD homes and a strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks. Opportunities are available across: Nottingham (NG5

To be considered for these positions, you must meet the following criteria: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Childrens Residential)
ESSENTIAL Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a childrens residential EBD setting Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations, inspections, and registration processes Experience managing or supporting Ofsted registration is highly desirable Applications that do not meet the above criteria

As a Registered Manager, you will: Lead and manage a childrens residential service Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations Support Ofsted registration and inspections where required Build, develop and lead your staff team Deliver high-quality, child-centred care within an EBD setting Contribute to the development of systems, processes, and service culture Salary & Benefits
£45,000
