The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and drive excellence across all aspects of the service.

Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational management of the home Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards Drive high-quality, person-centred care delivery Lead, develop and inspire the staff team through effective supervision and training Maintain strong governance, quality assurance and risk management systems Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals and the wider community Oversee occupancy, budget management and sustainable service performance About You Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) Proven experience as a Registered xehkeey Manager within a regulated care setting Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills Passion for delivering high-quality dementia and residential care Desirable: Experience managing a residential service for older adults Track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes What We Offer £55,000 per annum Supportive ownership and autonomy within the role Opportunity to lead a well-regarded local service Ongoing professional development
