Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Eccleshall From £50,000 + 10% Bonus Full-Time | Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) + On-Call

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties linked to trauma, neglect, and adverse childhood experiences.

The Role:

* Lead and manage the daily operations of the residential home

* Provide strong, motivational leadership to a dedicated care team

* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and legislation

* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery standards

* Drive positive outcomes and therapeutic care approaches

* Work collaboratively with external professionals and internal teams

* Participate in a shared on-call rota (approx. 1 in 9)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within children’s residential care

* Strong understanding of safeguarding, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Ofsted standards

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to produce reports and manage service performance
