Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day leadership of multiple supported living services delivering high-volume care. Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure consistently high-quality, person-centred support. Lead and develop teams while identifying opportunities for service growth and improvement. Support the ongoing success of services as Supported Living Manager across Manchester and Cheshire.About You
Experience as a Supported Living Manager, Registered Care Manager or similar leadership role in supported living. Proven background managing large-scale services and high-volume care hours.
