We're recruiting for a

Registered Manager

to lead an

Outstanding-rated service

supporting individuals with

autism, dual diagnosis, personality disorders, and challenging behaviours .

The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a complex care setting, leading from the front while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

You will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of circa 40 staff Oversee site leads and senior team members Drive best practice in supporting individuals with

challenging behaviour Ensure full

CQC and safeguarding compliance

at all times Manage assessments, reviews, and operational performance Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external professionals

What We're Looking For

We need a confident, resilient leader who can balance people leadership with regulatory excellence.

Essential:

Experience as a Registered, Deputy, or Care Manager Strong background in

challenging behaviour and/or mental health services Proven ability to

lead teams effectively in complex environments Solid understanding of

compliance, safeguarding, and CQC standards NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) You'll be someone who can adapt your leadership style, remain calm under pressure, and command respect while still being approachable and supportive.
