We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Midsomer Norton. This is a strong opportunity for a manager who enjoys stabilising and growing a service, with the benefit of no on-call requirements and a supportive senior structure. It is in a rebuild phase, making it well suited to someone confident in driving performance, culture and growth. What’s on offer:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. Stabilising and growing the service, increasing hours of care in a sustainable way.
